Corn Bread

Yuva instant dry yeast

1 sachet of Yuva Instant Dry Yeast (11g)
200g corn flour (2 glass)
770g wheat flour (6 glass)
3 glass of water (600g)
1 tsp of salt

1)Whisk corn and wheat flour in a bowl. Mix the other ingredient and knead until the dough is homogenous.
2)Cover with a wet towel and let rest for 20 minutes
3)Cut the rested dough into a shape of sandwich bread or hamburger bread.
4)Let the dough rest in a room temperature for double 50 minutes.
5)Bake the dough in a preheated 240°C oven for 30 minutes.
