• 2.5 cups of whole wheat flour
• 1.5 cups of flour
• 0.5 cup of oat bran + 1 tablespoon of oat bran
• 1 tablespoon of Yuva Active Dry Yeast
• 2 cups of water

For the Garnish:
• 300 g of minced meat
• 2 tomatoes 
• 1 red pepper
• 1 green pepper
• 0.5 bunch of parsley 
• 3 cloves of garlic 
• 1 onion
• 3 tablespoons of margarine
• 1 tablespoon of pepper paste
• 2 teaspoon of salt
• 1 teaspoon of black pepper
• 1/4 cup of water

1- For the garnish, chop up the peeled tomatoes, red peppers, green peppers, parsley, garlic and onion. Add in the minced meat, margarine, pepper paste, salt and black pepper. Add the water in and mix all the ingredients homogeneously. Dissolve the yeast in the warm water you will use in the dough and let it sit for 10 minutes.
2- Mix whole wheat flour, flour, oat bran, thawed yeast and remaining water and work it until a homogeneous and smooth dough is obtained. Cover it with a damp cloth and let it rest for 10 minutes.
3- Cut the dough into 12 equal pieces and roll over the lumps. Let them rest for another 10 minutes.
4- Roll out each dough lump using a rolling pin on a floured surface. Spread the minced meat filling over so as to cover up the edges.
5- Place it on baking tray covered in baking paper. Bake it in a oven preheated at 250 °C for about 6 minutes.
