Yuva instant dry yeast 11g

Serves 6
For the dough:

500g flour
10g salt
70g oil
11g  Yuva Instant Yeast
400g warm milk (38-40 C)
For the dough:
300g yogurt
85g oil
1 egg
*For the best results, first bring the ingredients to room temperature.

Mix all the dough ingredients in a large bowl and knead until smooth and as soft as your earlobe.
Roll walnut-sized pieces of the dough into balls.
Place the balls next to each other on an oiled, medium-sized oven tray, starting from the center.
Cover with a damp cloth and leave at room temperature (28-30 C) until doubled in size, around one hour.
Mix the yogurt, oil and egg, and brush over the top of the dough.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180-190 C for 30-35 minutes.
