Your Yuva helper for this recipe:
For the dough:
2 sachets of Yuva yeast (22 g)
4 and a half cups of flour (500 g)
2 cups of water (250 ml)
1 tsp of salt
1 tbsp of olive oil
For the topping:
Mix the flour, Yuva yeast, salt and oil together in a bowl and knead until you have a soft and smooth dough.Then leave to rest for 2 hours.
First sprinkle a bit of flour on your work surface to work with the dough and roll the dough with a rolling pin. Cover the baking sheet with grease-proof paper. Spread the tomato sauce over the dough and distribute the crumbled-up tuna, mozzarella, mushrooms, olives and grated cheese over the surface. Add some basil as a garnish and sprinkle with oregano. Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes at preheated oven 220°C
Presentation tip: Cut the dough with a personshaped pastry cutter before cooking!
