Yuva instant dry yeast

Ingredients
1 sachet of Yuva Instant Dry Yeast (11g)
9 cups of flour (1000g)
2 cups of milk (500g)
1 egg (50g)
1 tbsp of salt (8g)
6 tablespoon of butter (120g)
1 cup of sugar (120g)

1)Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
2)Knead the dough until you get a homogeneous dough.
3)Cover the dough with a clean towel and rest for 30 minutes in a room temperature. 
4)Split the dough into 20-25 pieces with your hands and roll.
5)Cover the pieces dough with a clean towel and let rest for 15 minutes in a cold place (fridge etc.)
6)Give the dough in the shape you want and let the dough rest for an hour at room temperature.
7)Bake the dough preheated oven at 180° C for 10 to 12 minutes.
