Minced Meat Bread

• 4.5 cups of flour 
• 1 tablespoon of Yuva Active Dry Yeast
• 1.5 cups of water
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 1 teaspoon of sugar
• 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
 
For the Filling:
• 500 g of minced meat
• 2 onions
• 3 green peppers
• 2 tablespoons of peanuts 
• 2 tomatoes
• 0.5 bunch of parsley
• 0.5 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 2 tablespoons of oil

1- Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm water you will use in the dough and let it sit for 10 minutes.
2- Mix the flour, thawed yeast, salt, sugar and oil and work. Keep working until you get a homogeneous, non-sticky dough. Cover it with a damp cloth and let it rest for 25 minutes.
3- For the filling, fry the chopped onion, green pepper and pine nuts in oil for about 5 minutes.
4- Add the minced meat and cook until it boils down. Add in the finely chopped tomato, finely cut parsley, red pepper flakes and salt, and cook for another 2 minutes and let it cool.
5- Cut the dough into 6 equal pieces and smooth each lump with a rolling pin.
6- Put the filling in the centre. Wrap up the edges towards the middle. Turn upside down and place it on an greased tray. Rub oil and let it rest for 20 minutes in a warm environment.
7- Bake it in oven preheated at 200-210 °C for about 30 minutes.
