Yuva Yeast (11g)
Ingredients
1 sachet of Yuva Yeast (11g)
2 cups of water (350 g)
4 and a half cups of flour (500 g)
1,5 tsp salt (5g)
Topping
1 cup of dough
Sesame seeds
Preparation
Knead your ingredients in a bowl until you get a soft dough.
Cover the bowl with a plastic wrap and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Cut your dough into 4 pieces, round and let it rest again for 10 minutes .
Make a circle pressing with your fingers on the surface of the dough
Put the dough on the oily tray.
Proof the pita 25-30 minutes.
Bake in the oven at 240-250°C.
Presentation tip: After Proofing, brush the egg wash and dust sesame on the pita surface.
