Soccer Ball Bread

Yuva instant dry yeast 11g

1st Step

1 sachet of Yuva Yeast (11g)
2 cups of water (300 ml / 300g)
3 cups of flour (300 g)
2nd Step
6 cups of flour (700 g)
2 cups of water (300 ml / 300g)
2 tbsp of butter (30 g)
1/2 tbsp of salt (13 g)

Preparing the bread: 

1- To prepare the first part of dough, mix flour, water and Saf-instant yeast in a large bowl
2- After mixing the dough, cover the bowl with a kitchen towel, leave to rest for 30 minutes at room conditions.
3 - Put the dough obtained together with the other ingredient (2nd step) in a large bowl
4- Knead dough until it becomes smooth and leave it to rest for another 15 minutes
"Tips: If dough is too dry, add some water (tablespoon by tablespoon) until dough is smooth and soft. If dough is too soft, readjust by adding some flour (tablespoon by tablespoon) until dough is smooth and soft"
5- Divide the dough into 12 pieces and roll
6- Cut the dough surfaces with a  knife to give soccer ball shape as in the below pictures.
7- Place the dough pieces on tray covered by baking sheet.
8- Monitor the dough until the size of the pieces has doubled. Bake them for 15 to 20 minutes in preheated oven to 180°C-220°C.
